Terms of Service (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Provider: Muhammadali, a private individual. User: anyone who has signed up for or uses Tendex.

The offer is accepted and the agreement is in force from the moment you sign up or first use Tendex.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use Tendex.

Tendex: the tendex.uz website, the Tendex Telegram bot and the Telegram Mini App.

Account: your personal cabinet, opened with an email address or Telegram.

The Basic plan is free. The Pro plan is paid and gives you extra features.

EBA ai: the AI assistant built into Tendex.

Tendex brings together public notices from government procurement portals, corporate procurement and international organisations, sorts them by sector, makes them easy to search, and tells you via Telegram or push when a new tender matches your criteria.

Tendex is an information service. It doesn't run procurements, doesn't take part in tenders and doesn't submit bids for you. The official information on each tender is at its original source, which is linked on the tender page.

The Provider may keep improving the service, add new features or remove some of them.

Enter accurate details when you sign up. People under 18 may not sign up.

Don't share your password or Telegram account with anyone. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

If you notice someone else has got into your account, change your password straight away and let us know at @notience or enotience@gmail.com.

The Basic plan is free. What it includes is described on the site.

The Pro plan unlocks any question to EBA ai, EBA commands and other extra features.

Pro costs 450,000 UZS a month. Right now there's a discount and Pro is only 200,000 UZS a month. Any period you've paid for at the discount stays at that price until it ends. We'll warn you on the site and in the Telegram bot before the discount ends.

To get Pro, tap "Get Pro" on the site or message @notience on Telegram. We'll send you the payment details personally. Once the payment is confirmed, Pro is switched on for the period you paid for, and we'll tell you the end date.

When the period ends, your account goes back to the Basic plan on its own. Nothing is charged automatically. To keep Pro, you make a new payment.

If you paid but Pro wasn't switched on through the Provider's fault, you get a full refund. Refund requests after Pro has been switched on are looked at individually, in line with the law.

EBA ai answers, document analysis, draft commercial proposals and chances of winning are produced automatically by software. They may contain mistakes or gaps.

An AI answer is not legal or financial advice. Before deciding to bid in a tender, check the documents at the original source.

On the Pro plan, the number of AI requests per day is limited. This keeps the service stable, and the limit may change.

Bulk-download Tendex data with scripts, bots or scrapers.

Sell or pass on Tendex data or access to an account.

Try to get around plan limits, break into the system or disrupt how it works.

Use Tendex for anything illegal.

Restrict or block an account that breaks these terms. Advance warning is not required.

Pause the service for maintenance. We'll give notice in advance where we can.

Tender data comes from other sources and is shown as it is. The Provider doesn't guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

The Provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of Tendex data or AI answers, or for losing a tender or being unable to take part in one.

Messages travel through Telegram, browsers and internet providers. If a message is late or doesn't arrive because of their failures, the Provider is not liable.

Unless the law says otherwise, the Provider's liability is capped at the amount of the User's last Pro payment.

The Tendex design, software code, classification system, EBA ai and their names belong to the Provider.

Tender notice texts belong to their original sources. Tendex shows them for information, with a link to the source.

Personal data is used in line with the Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you confirm you have read it.

The agreement has no end date.

You can stop using Tendex at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Just write to enotience@gmail.com or @notience.

If a User breaks these terms, the Provider may end the agreement unilaterally.

If a disagreement comes up, we'll try to sort it out by talking first. Send your complaint to enotience@gmail.com and we'll reply within 15 working days.

If we can't agree, the dispute goes to court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Provider may change these terms. The new text is posted on this page with its date. If you keep using Tendex after a change, you're taken to accept the new terms.
